If you have ever walked past it and thought, “I have no idea what to do with that,” you are not alone. This one machine can train your entire body.

Here are just a few ways to use it:

Short workouts still build results.

Try this quick full-body circuit:

• 10 squats (can add weight)
• 10 push-ups (modify as needed)
• 12 walking lunges (each leg)
• 15 dumbbell rows (or bodyweight row variation)
• 30-second plank (ouch!!)

Repeat 3–4 rounds depending on time and fitness level. 💥
