1 year ago the founder of our running site “Le Baton” went home. He left some large shoes to fill. He passed the baton to our men who carry it forward. If you’d like to take a run with some of the best men in The First Capitol City, meet us at the Lewis and Clark statue at 530 Friday morning. All speeds welcome.

Rest in Peace “Cut It Out” - friend, brother, soldier and runner. He ran a good race.

Today was our monthly “self assessment” at The Shipwreck. Testing your monthly progress on a series of exercises. Getting As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP). Some even set their sights on the site record of 9.2 rounds. How close do you can get? You have about 30 days to prepare.
