mini-Bash at Binder.
Lots of ups and downs at the first ever short course for MO NICA, but our teams still showed up for one another and we appreciate the support!!!

Thank you Sunshine Bike Shop (Annabell & Josh) for sharing your super helpful bike maintenance knowledge!!! The girls learned how to prepare their bikes for rides and race day, what to do on the trail in case of a mechanical, and left feeling way more confident 💪🏼

Did you know Sunshine will do a free bike check to make sure everything is how it should be? They’ll let you know if they see anything that needs attention. And did you know you can get a NICA discount there? Do you have everything on your bike in case of a mechanical?

Coach John will share bike maintenance tips tonight at practice (8/27). We’ll be at Stick Dance, 6pm 👊🏻

League events take a lot of people working together, and there are plenty of ways to get involved. From parking and check-in to course support, scoring, and more, there is a role for everyone.

If you have a little time to give, we would love to have you join us and help create a great experience for student-athletes, coaches, and families from across Missouri.
