It’s not about doing the hardest movement, having the “perfect” body, or making exercise look aesthetic online. It’s about learning your body, building strength with intention, improving mobility, and creating a deeper connection between mind and movement.
Sometimes the most powerful movements are the smallest ones. The slow ones. The foundational ones.
