Fu Hok Studio is a martial arts school that teaches Hung Gar and Choy Li Fut Kung Fu. It is the only traditional Hung Gar or Choy Li Fut school in Springfield, Missouri. Our goal is to preserve an authentic form of kung fu and the traditions that surround it in a fun, safe and family-oriented environment. With a little effort, kung fu can improve both your physical and mental health. Kung Fu does

in fact mean “skill achieved through hard work”. Our program allows students to progress at their own pace, making the experience both comfortable and beneficial.

The test is this Saturday, Aug 22nd @ 10 AM. Only 2 classes left to get ready!

Also, we will have Taichi tomorrow, Aug 20th @ 5:45 PM.

We tried Taichi on Tuesday at 5:45pm and it was a success. This week we will try it on Thursday instead at 5:45pm and see how it goes. After that, we'll announce which day (or days) get added to the Taichi schedule!

Hey there! I'm back in the USA! Vacation was amazing! I couldn't have done it without some great people making the trip happen, and some great people covering the school while I was away. Thanks to all! Now I'm anxious to see all of you in class again! See you soon!
