🥗💪 FUEL YOUR BODY. POWER YOUR PERFORMANCE.

Being a great athlete isn’t just about how hard you train. It’s also about how well you take care of your body!

The food you eat, the water you drink, and the rest you get all play a HUGE role in your performance.

Here are a few simple reminders to help young athletes stay healthy, energized, and ready to compete:

⚡ Eat balanced meals.
💧 Stay hydrated throughout the day.
🥩 Give your muscles the protein they need.
🍎 Fuel up with fruits and vegetables.
😴 Make sleep and recovery a priority.
🏃 Listen to your body and don’t ignore what it needs.

Remember, your body is your greatest piece of equipment. TAKE CARE OF IT!

Truth Sports football season has officially begun. Our 8u, 9u, and 10u teams putting in work at Mondays practice beginning with a tackling circuit, and our 12u,13u preparing for their practice Saturday morning stretching. Here are a few clips from their practice. We are planning, preparing, and executing. The numbers tell the story the mission remains the same. The Truth is in the growth.

Truth Sports Training would like to wish Ava Elrod and her teammates from White County High School. Good luck in their state championship round golf tournament today. Ava has put in work this off season preparing for her freshman year in golf and basketball at White County High School. Her work ethic has been amazing to working out at 5:30 a.m. followed by a long day of either basketball or golf practice. Good luck!
