Reason NOT to Procrastinate on this #4: Summer is Brutal on Your health

People think the holidays are bad for weight gain and getting off track with your health and fitness. While that’s certainly true (hello Holiday Hold ‘Em) hat’s only a 6 week period and then New Years comes along to save your butt...for a few weeks...

There are close to 10 weeks from Memorial Day to Labor Day...almost double the time of the holidays. Think about your summer-

Travel, vacations, kids crazy schedules, grad parties, 4th of July, BBQ’s, staying up later because the weather is nice, drinking more booze...I could do on and on…

I’m all for having a good time but it takes a toll on having a consistent eating and workout schedule.

So, instead of deciding to be boring and not have any fun, lets buckle down for the next 42 days and show up to that time period with some good habits in place...maybe a few pounds lighter?? ...and possibly even a clearer mind?

Magazines and news reports about the next fad diet are some of the most destructive forces of information out there right now.

People hear about the new diet that J Lo used for her movie and then follow suit...for 3 weeks.

The purpose of those reports is to sell magazines, not to give you the best info for your long term health.

They destroy any chance you have of creating consistent habits.

If you’re one of those people that enjoys being on a different eating plan every month, that’s totally fine but you won’t find that here.

Instead, our view of nutrition is giving you the tools you need to succeed well after your time with us.

Reason NOT to Procrastinate on this #2: We’re going to tell you exactly what to do

Decision fatigue is a real thing and a huge stress to a lot of people. Members tell us that they used to go to the gym and decide if they should do cardio, weights, machines, upper body, lower body etc

They would many times end up laying on the floor stretching.

People love when they come to us because they don’t have to think about what they should do at the gym. When they come to us, they don’t have to think (a lot).

They just do what coach tells them to do.

This leaves a lot more headspace for work, parenting and just more piece of mind.

One less thing these days is a big deal

One of the things people say to us most is they’ll never quit because we solve the problem of “should I workout today?”

More workouts have been missed by not having a set time to exercise...than any other reason.
We give structure to people that lack structure in their life.

Most people come to us 2-3 times per week...at the same time, every week.
In fact we have clients that have been coming to the gym on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 7:30 AM…...For 10+ years!!!!!
