Join us July 6–10 for Synergy Performance Camp, an exciting week designed for middle and high school athletes looking to improve their speed, strength, confidence, and overall athletic performance. Athletes can choose from a Half-Day Camp (9:00 AM–12:00 PM), focused on speed, agility, acceleration, change of direction, and athletic movement skills, or a Full-Day Camp (9:00 AM–4:00 PM), which includes the morning speed session, lunch break from 12:00–1:00 PM, and afternoon training focused on strength development, athletic performance, competitions, games, recovery, and sports education. Throughout the week, campers will learn proper training techniques, build teamwork and leadership skills, and enjoy a fun, positive environment that challenges them to become stronger, faster, and more confident athletes.
