​Synergy is home to a variety of health and wellness professionals, including personal trainers, yoga instructors, massage therapists, Reiki healers and more, all of whom tackle chronic pain, stiffness, obesity, and other health concerns with hands-on care and guidance.

Join us July 6–10 for Synergy Performance Camp, an exciting week designed for middle and high school athletes looking to improve their speed, strength, confidence, and overall athletic performance. Athletes can choose from a Half-Day Camp (9:00 AM–12:00 PM), focused on speed, agility, acceleration, change of direction, and athletic movement skills, or a Full-Day Camp (9:00 AM–4:00 PM), which includes the morning speed session, lunch break from 12:00–1:00 PM, and afternoon training focused on strength development, athletic performance, competitions, games, recovery, and sports education. Throughout the week, campers will learn proper training techniques, build teamwork and leadership skills, and enjoy a fun, positive environment that challenges them to become stronger, faster, and more confident athletes.

At Synergy’s Speed & Performance Camp (July 6–10), athletes will learn advanced training methods like the Art of Strength Bandit Loop Lunge, developed by Anthony DiLuglio. This unique suspension-based exercise challenges balance, stability, and force production while teaching athletes to create strength through movement rather than isolated muscle training. By developing single-leg strength, hip stability, coordination, and body control, athletes improve the exact qualities needed for faster sprinting, quicker changes of direction, and greater athletic performance. Throughout the week, campers will participate in speed training, strength development, agility drills, movement education, and competitive games designed to build stronger, faster, and more resilient athletes. Half-day and full-day options are available, making this an excellent opportunity for middle and high school athletes looking to gain an edge before their next season.

Success doesn’t happen by accident—it happens through preparation. Making time ahead of schedule for healthy meals, exercise, quality sleep, and self-care creates the foundation for long-term health and performance. When we plan our week instead of reacting to it, we are more likely to make choices that support our goals. Exercise becomes a priority, nutritious food is readily available, and sleep is protected rather than sacrificed. Taking care of yourself is not selfish; it is essential. The more intentional you are with your time, the more energy, focus, and resilience you will have to show up for your family, work, and the life you want to create.

During this exercise, we intentionally reduced the weight and pushed each set to muscular failure. By lowering the load, we were able to focus on proper form, maximize muscle engagement, and safely challenge the muscles through a full range of motion. Training to failure in this way helps increase muscular endurance, stimulate muscle growth, and develop mental toughness while reducing unnecessary stress on the joints
