Our mission is to provide recreational gymnastics program from which Silverton and the surrounding area youth can practice fitness-for-life strategies in a safe, healthy, and positive environment year round. We offer Girls and Boys gymnastics from 18mos up to 18. Levels 1-7, with both competitive and non-competitive, achievement oriented atmosphere focusing on fun and skill progression. If your ch

A big congratulations to all our gymnasts who moved up a level in August!🎉🤩

Their hard work, commitment, and determination continues to shine both inside and outside of the gym. Each new level brings exciting challenges and opportunities to grow, and we are so proud of these kiddos for putting in the effort to reach these achievements! As they go into their next steps in their gymnastics journey, we encourage them to keep pushing, keep learning, and enjoy it!!💪🤸

Adleigh and Madelyn had some exciting moments on floor! Adleigh worked her rounds backhandspring with the barrel, while Madelyn connected her roundoff two back handsprings!

Back to School Open Gym 📚✨

Celebrate making it through the first week of school with a fun night at SGA! Join us for gymnastics, games, and more while kids get to have fun in the gym and parents can enjoy a night out.

Since it falls on First Friday, parents can drop their kids off for a fun evening at SGA while they enjoy a night out on the town!

NEW SKILLS = BIG DEALS!!! 🥹✨

The original audio just HAD to stay in this one because the excitement from their coaches in these moments were too good! 🎉

Three big bar skills, three HUGE milestones, and three very proud gymnasts! Charlie got her kip pull cast handstand, and Aria AND Andie both got their kips! These are skills that take so much strength, confidence, coordination, and determination to achieve, making each one such a special moment! 💪

There nothing better than seeing all that hard work finally CLUCK! 🙌🏻

We are SO proud of you girls!!! Keep working hard and celebrating every milestone along to the way! 💕

Next Thursday is Coach Javan’s last day at SGA as he begins his next chapter pursuing a career as an electrician! ⭐️

For almost 5 years, Javan has been such an important part of the SGA family. As a coach and Team Vault Coach, he has spent countless hours helping our gymnasts grow, pushing them to be their best, and cheering them on every step of the way.

While we still have a little time with him, we want to give our SGA family a chance to wish him well and say goodbye! If your gymnast would like to bring Coach Javan a card or note, or even just give him a goodbye hug, they are welcome to do so at the gym next week! 🥹

We are so sad to see Javan leave, but we are incredibly proud of him and excited to watch him take on this next chapter! 🙌🏼 Thank you, Javan, for nearly 5 years of hard work, dedication, and memories. You will be missed around the gym! ❤️🖤

Next Thursday is Coach Haley’s last day at SGA before she heads off to Oregon State University! 🧡🖤

For almost 4 years, Haley has been such a special part of the SGA family. Before becoming a coach, Haley grew up right here at SGA as a gymnast, making her time with us even more special. From coaching and encouraging our gymnasts to sharing her kindness, dedication, and positive energy, she has made such a lasting impact on our gym.

While we still have a little time with her, we want to give our SGA family a chance to wish her well and say goodbye! If your gymnast would like to bring Coach Haley a card or note, or even just give her a goodbye hug, they are welcome to do so at the gym next week! 🥹
