We ended the year yesterday the same we we always do! The best possible way!
We had our yearly New Years Eve Row Marathon. 5 teams of 4- each team taking turns on the rower chipping away at 42,195 Meters while the other 3 chip away at SO MANY workouts! Each workout worth a point value. Every possible movement was done multiple times. Always working for at least 3 hours! It’s the best day of the year, so much team work, friendship and hard work! Thanks to everyone who signed up, most of you repeats!! 20 people 210, 975 meters row…. who knows how many burpees 😅
