There’s something special about the first day with a new crew - these 14 worked hard today! We exercised our bodies and minds, laughed, danced, posed, and played our way through while learning new skills together. Looking forward to a great year with them! ✨

The warm sun was calling me this morning✨ I grabbed a mat to do some yoga on the porch while the girls played in the yard. They immediately grabbed mats to join me 🫶🏻 It wasn’t quiet, it wasn’t perfect, it was a bit chaotic. That’s ok ❤️ Add yourself to the list of things to care for today 👌🏻

Barely time for pictures today, we were MOVING the entire time 👏🏻 Lots of obtacle courses and movement challenges, dynamic stretches, animal dice (so fun and the star of the class!), breathing activities, and such concentration drawing our finger mazes. Our last summer yoga class is this Thursday from 9-10 at True Performance Fitness and is Hope eligible for homeschool students ✌🏻Best for ages 3 and up, younger siblings are free and parents are always welcome to join. We will do yoga and movement activities, musical games, breathing activities, and more. Summer camp is always HIGH energy ✌🏻 Today’s crew of 11 worked hard with their bodies and minds to practice some fun regulation techniques, create and copy movement patterns, partner exercises, and maybe the best part of all - a game of human rock, paper, scissors. Even the director joined in! 🪨📝✂️
