We are very excited to announce that Molly is joining us at She Thrives Studio
She will be programming and running strength training class series for women in various phases of life and training levels.
Molly is the founder of Uplift Fitness and mom to four.
She writes:
"I have called Shepherdstown home since 2021 following a career as an Air Force officer, biologist, and engineer. During my service, I first discovered my love for movement and strength. From marathons to CrossFit, I tried it all. Soon, I began coaching my fellow service members toward reaching their own fitness goals.
Almost nine years ago, I became a mom for the first time. I quickly realized how vital it is to have others who understand the unique journey of motherhood in your corner. Motherhood requires strength, physical and mental. It is my goal now to bring a community of women together to grow in strength and feel capable and empowered in their bodies — for themselves and their families.
I’m a certified personal trainer through NCSF and a Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach, and my mission is simple: to uplift women, build community, and help moms reconnect with their strength, confidence, and sense of self.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me homeschooling my four amazing kids — Charlotte, Sammy, Naomi, and Benjamin — and adventuring outdoors. We love hiking, camping, and making the most of every moment together."
