Consistency builds everything that matters. 📈💪🏻

I’ve had the privilege of working with Terrance weekly for years now. He’s an absolute powerhouse in the gym, and honestly, training him always pushes me to elevate my own game.

Beyond the heavy lifting you see in these short clips, we share a few things in common—we’re both fathers trying to set a good example for our kids, we’re both navigating the daily hustle of running our own businesses, and we’re both trying our best to stay mentally healthy and strong at the same time.

When people see everything Terrance has going on, they often ask, “Why does a guy who is already so successful still push himself this hard in the gym?”

The answer is simple: high-achievers don’t coast. The same drive that makes him successful out there is the exact same drive that brings him through these doors. He thrives on structure, and he is disgustingly consistent.

Whether it’s traditional strength training, heavy core stability, or running a business, Terrance shows up every single week with that same undeniable work ethic.

As a coach, a business owner, and a dad myself, seeing that level of dedication keeps me incredibly motivated to keep showing up for my own family, business, and community.

Let’s clap it up for T! 👏🏻

The Ultimate Move for “Dad Strength” 💪🏻🏋🏻

What’s going on, guys? If you want to build a bulletproof upper body, you need to stop skipping the Single-Arm Kettlebell Overhead Carry.

As a trainer and nutrition coach, this is one of my absolute go-to movements. But honestly? As a husband and a father, it’s a non-negotiable.

Here is why this single exercise packs such a massive punch:
🔺Shoulder Stability: It forces the small stabilizer muscles in your shoulder to work overtime to keep that weight locked out.
🔺Core Strength: Carrying weight on just one side forces your obliques and deep core to fire constantly just to keep you upright.
🔺Real-World Functional Power: Whether you’re lifting heavy at the gym, carrying all the groceries in one trip, or lifting your kids up on your shoulders, this translates directly to real life.

If you want to stay strong, injury-free, and energized for your family, you need to build a foundation that lasts.

🚀 Ready to Level Up Your Fitness and Nutrition? Let’s stop the guesswork. Drop a “STRONG” in the comments below or slide into my DMs, and let’s chat about how we can build a customized plan tailored to your busy lifestyle!

🚨 Want to play faster? Stop training like a bodybuilder. ❌

If you want athletic-level explosiveness, you’ve gotta train for it. Standard squats have their place, but they won’t build that raw, reactive bounce you actually need when you’re out there competing. ⚡️

In today’s reel, I’m breaking down a single-leg explosive progression I use exclusively with my athlete clients to lock in on starting strength. We’re talking about your ability to generate max force instantly. 🎯

By starting from a seated position, you completely kill the momentum. There’s no bouncing into the movement here, which forces 100% raw muscle recruitment from a dead stop. 🔥

Training one leg at a time like this is huge for fixing those hidden imbalances and making sure both sides can explode with the same power. Once you run through the full cycle, just reset, rotate the feet to hit those different angles of force production, and attack it again. 🏋️‍♂️

If you’re still running the exact same gym routine you did three years ago, you’re leaving serious performance on the table. Let’s fix that. 📈

🔥 Level Up Your Power: The Barbell Glute Bridge Press

Looking to build explosive, full-body power? It’s time to add the Barbell Glute Bridge Press to your rotation. 💪🏻

This dynamic compound movement forces you to lock in your core and drive through your lower body while executing a powerful upper-body press. By pressing as fast and explosively as possible from the floor, you’re tapping into those fast-twitch muscle fibers that are essential for athletic performance.

🏋️‍♂️ Muscles Targeted:
• Glutes & Hamstrings (maintaining that rigid bridge position)
• Chest & Shoulders (driving the barbell up)
• Triceps (locking out at the top of the rep)

Form Tip: Focus on keeping a straight, solid line from your shoulders to your knees at the peak of each rep. Don’t let your hips sag!
👉 Give this a go on your next power day and let me know what you think in the comments below!

Leg Day, but make it about longevity⚡️🧘🏻‍♂️

In today’s reel, I’m breaking down a Spanish Squat variation. While this movement is often seen and used as just a rehab tool, I’m using it for a bigger goal: building a bulletproof lower body as I head into my 30s. By staying on the balls of my feet throughout the movement, I’m not just lighting up the quads—I’m training for long-term health in my ankles, knees, hips, and back!

The logic? In the real world, being “heavy-heeled” can lead to unnecessary impact on your joints. Staying springy and strong on your toes keeps the tension where it belongs, ensuring my lower body stays healthy and resilient for years to come!

Between the full-time hustle, being a husband, and keeping up with my son, I need a body that doesn’t just look strong but feels great! No wasted sets, just pure investment in my future health!

Check out the voiceover for the full breakdown and let me know how those quads feel!👇🏻

Happy Friday, guys! 🥳

Saw this idea and had to give it a test run—it did NOT disappoint. This movement targets the obliques and your entire midsection in a way that regular planks just can’t touch.

It’s all about that rotational power! ⚡
