Here's a little Monday motivation for yall! "Thoughts become things." Only you have the power to change your outcome in life. A very influential part of your success is your mindset. If you go into a task with a positive outlook, the results majority of the time will be positive. If you go into a task with a negative mindset, the same can be said that your results will be negative. Thoughts become things. Have positive thoughts, my friends.

Exercise has been shown to make you happier than money. While exercising your body releases endorphins, these endorphins are a natural feel good chemical the body produces. Next time you are in a bad mood, or you are not feeling like yourself, get in a quick 30 minute exercise. Your body will love you for it!

Yale and Oxford researchers may have just proved exercise is more important to your mental health than your economic status.
