I’ve seen women striving to have a fulfilling career at the price of their health, their image, and their self confidence. Juggling work, health, and social life.
On the other hand, I’ve found myself in college with loads of work to get a dual degree, or now working a corporate job and running a business on the side. Yet I’ve been able to manage to workout and eat well during those times. I’ve always been obsessed with making my healthy meals as enjoyable as possible as well as time efficient.
So I thought to myself, “how can I help?” How can I show these intelligent, hardworking women that occupational success does not have to be at the expense of their health and their self confidence.
