To the athlete who isn’t always in the team’s spotlight ... but still shows up anyway.

The one whose name isn’t always the spotlight , but still puts in the work like it will be.

The one who is always on the ground, but does that job to the fullest because they know it’s best for the group or the flier who bases instead so the stunt finally hits.

The one who fills in whenever someone else needs a break but works double time then goes back to work double time.

The one putting in the work to get better

because they want to be ready whenever their name is called.

We see you.

And we know most days your role can't be easy.
To not get the recognition.

It can be tough to not be seen (or rewarded) for what you bring.
But we want to remind you it doesn’t take away from the person you’re becoming.

Because one day you’ll look back and see that these moments shaped you.

The discipline you showed.
The character you maintained.
The resilience you built.
The commitment you never gave up on.

And long after the season ends, you’ll carry THAT into every room you walk into.

You’re already a winner, kid.
Don’t let anyone else make you believe otherwise.

Attitude will always out rank athletics 💗

Is Tumbling something that is regulatory for the 🧠 ??? Why yes it is!!!!

Tumbling, such as performing back handsprings, significantly contributes to proprioceptive input, which is the body's ability to sense its position and movement in space. Here's how it helps:

1. Body Awareness: Tumbling requires athletes to be aware of their body in motion. As they perform a back handspring, they learn to control their movements and understand the positions of their limbs and torso.

2. Spatial Orientation The dynamic movement in tumbling helps individuals develop a sense of spatial orientation. They learn how to navigate upside down and right-side up, enhancing their overall spatial skills.

3. Balance and Coordination Tumbling requires precise balance and coordination. As athletes practice back handsprings, they improve their ability to maintain balance and control their body movements, which is vital for proprioceptive development.

4. Muscle Memory Repeating tumbling moves reinforces muscle memory, helping the body learn and remember the movements over time. This repetition strengthens the brain's connections with the body's proprioceptive system.

5. Feedback Mechanism: When tumbling, athletes receive constant feedback from their body about how to adjust their movements for successful ex*****on. This feedback loop is essential for developing fine motor skills and enhancing proprioceptive awareness.

Overall, engaging in tumbling activities supports proprioception by providing varied and challenging movements that refine the body’s overall awareness and control in space.

For most of my life I thought vulnerability meant weakness.
That admitting you were struggling meant you were failing in some way.
Especially as a man.
Especially as an athlete.
But I see it very differently now.
Talking honestly about how you feel takes courage.
Facing your own struggles takes courage.
Allowing other people to see the parts of you that aren’t perfect takes courage.
That’s not weakness.
That’s strength. 🧡

A lion doesn’t concern himself with the opinion of a sheep.

Not everyone’s opinion deserves your attention. Some people speak from fear, envy, or a place of limitation they’ve accepted for themselves. If you listen to every voice, you’ll end up living someone else’s life.

Know who you are.
Know where you’re going.
And move with purpose.

A lion focuses on the hunt, not the noise. Stay focused, stay grounded, and don’t shrink yourself to make others comfortable. đŸŠđŸ”„
