AllStar update 2026- On May 1,2026 the CALL Softball BODs voted to field a team/s for the 2026 International Tournament (All Stars). That approval was only one factor that it takes to successfully compete in the tournament. Other factors are interest and commitment from Parents, Coaches, Players, and Staffing. Along with the previous are tournament fees, attire/equipment for the team. This is a big commitment from all involved and honestly is costly. There is a short timeline for composing a team and getting them ready to compete (selection of coaches, tryouts, selection of players) and the utmost importance of practices. Since that May 1st approval there has been insufficient interest and commitment for fielding an AllStar team/s. Therefore I must announce that CALL-Softball will not enter the 2026 Little League Tournament this season. Personally, I regret making this announcement because our local league is filled with talent enough to compete in the tournament and could have possibly won a District 25 championship. Perhaps next season. For the players, though the opportunity didn’t come about this season doesn’t mean your dreams will not be fullfilled in future seasons. Keep working hard on your game.

As we kick off the upcoming season, we are in urgent need of volunteers to help run the concession stand. Games begin as early as tomorrow, and we currently have very limited help available.
