Tough call today! 😔

Every weather app is saying something different. While some forecasts are showing better chances this afternoon, all of them show chances of severe storms through the afternoon and into early evening.

Nobody wants to race more than us! With the economy the way it is and fuel prices at an all time high, I hate to drag everyone here when all week the forecast has remained pretty much the same and everyone spends money and we cant race. Yes we could take some water and likley push through as we have in the past, the added severe wind and potential power outages pushes us to cancel tonight's event.

If you have the means to travel, we encourage you all to support another track with a better forecast and our early decision to cancel.

Or enjoy doing something else with your families tonight. 🙂

We would like to congratulate all our feature winners tonight for our first Thursday night Thunder race. We had an amazing crowd on hand as well. All heat races and features completed by 9:30 p.m.

80 degree day and our surface was spot on for tonights races.

Special thanks to all our staff that work together to make all this possible.

And we cant forget our Thursday night Thunder sponsors, Oil City Moose Club, Virgile iron and Steel, Creekside Granite, Warren Diesel.

We are monitoring the weather closely for Saturday's races but not looking amazing. We will make a decision early to allow others options or families to make other plans to do things.

We would like to thank everyone who attended our opening night. A big congratulations to all our feature winners.

65 karts and done in just over 3 hours. All possible by a great staff.

Like to thank Hartzell Water Conditioning one more time for the nightly sponsor and also adding a $100 dollars to both 375 classes. Travis Hartzell and his family have supported the track since it opened and we are thankful.

TOMORROW NIGHT! OPENING DAY! And you couldn't ask for better weather.

Gates open at 2:30 / Hot Laps at 5 P.M / Racing starts at 6 P.M.

We kick off the 2026 season with the "Iron Man" Presented by Hartzell Water Conditioning.

-Top 3 in all classes recieve metals.
-All winners recieve Large Checks.
-Adult classes are GURANTEED payout as posted.

$10 Dollars per pit pass.
$15 dollars for kids class registration.
$20 dollars for adult class registration.

Raceievers are Mandatory as always. Channel 454.000

We would like to thank Eric Jay Rarer of Pro Sounds for installing our new Amplifiers for our sound system and tuning everything for our upcoming season.

Also like to thank Bobby Allen for painting all our fences and making everything look fresh for opening day.

We have all our new signs up and only a couple little things to do yet before we kick off the 2026 season. 🙂

We would like to thank the more than 50 karts /families that showed up for our test and tune. We had a rental directly after test and tune as well. First kart hit the track at 11:30 this morning and the last kart pulled off at 9:30 this evening. Over 10 hours of karts on the track in 80 degree weather with the sun out and our surface is still in great shape with virtually little to no dust all day. This video is our last session of the day. 🙂

We will look to see if any more dates work for test and tune. Week nights are available for track rentals.

Gates are Open ! (Early)

We are practicing. Open test and Tune for anyone wanting some laps.

Practice starts at 1 p.m.

We are having new amplifiers installed today so there will not be a PA system calling you to staging. Bring your karts to staging as you are ready and we will group you accordingly.

This will be 10 lap sessions with lights and flags. Please have your racievers in as well.

We will see whoever can make it here shortly.

Race track was prepped and sealed tight this morning. Unless we get massive flooding from heavy rains we still plan to practice tomorrow. Pits are dry and rain looks to be in and out this afternoon.

We look forward to having anyone that wants some practice laps tomorrow afternoon.
