Well I finally made Bassmaster magazine! 7lb 2oz. Green giant from Keuka Lake in New York. It literally jumped up and wrapped around a log. We had to go in and lip it, cut the line. Did I mention Gamma Fishing 20lb edge held it while it was going crazy. Kistler Rods Helium rod. Swagger Tungsten weight, a HAYABUSA FISHING flipping hook. And a senko. Yep that simple. Lol.

The wife beat our butts today! She could tangle around the motor, have line everywhere and them damn smallies stayed the course. Lose her sunglasses and set her rod down, trying to net her sunglasses and her rod would magically have a fish on. On a side note I caught a catfish....a highlight is a highlight sometimes lol. All caught on Kistler Rods and Gamma Fishing 7lb touch!
