The workday weekends will be the last 2 in August and all 4 in September unless you are notified otherwise. Please attempt to trim roads and plots early (mid September) to allow plots to be properly planted. Any individual with health issues should speak to a Board Member. Dear Club members
Due to continued high heat, lack of rainfall, and low humidity, fire danger levels are currently extreme. For this reason, all fires and mechanical operations are prohibited until further notice or until sufficient rainfall is received.
Mechanical operations include activities such as mowing, bush hogging, use of chainsaws, w**d eaters, generators, welders, and similar equipment. These activities can produce sparks and significantly increase the risk of fire.
If you observe any active fires, signs of recent fire activity, or dead or dying trees on the property, please notify us as soon as possible.
Thank you for your cooperation in helping prevent the spread of wildfires. We will provide an update once conditions improve and normal activities may resume.

Notification: The club's locks will be changed on May 1st. If you have not received your new key, please contact Tina Smith to obtain one. Additionally, members with outstanding dues will not receive a key and may forfeit their spot in the club and deposit. Please settle your payments as soon as possible.
