My BODI Fam,

This is so bittersweet to say, but my last class will be on June 20th. What a ride it’s been! 🥹 

I will never forget my first class - a Friday at 5am. I was SO nervous I almost cried… and I also had the room setup by 4am (hasn’t happened since😂) but we made it through and celebratory champagne was popped after. I was so nervous to take a sip during work hours, as if I was going to get in trouble... Little did I know, popping bottles was a very normal occurrence for every birthday, anniversary, and honestly, any celebration we all decided to have!! 🙈 

I am so grateful for the impact you all have made on me, I can’t even fully put it into words. My passion and love for training truly came from seeing each of you everyday. We’ve smiled through some of our happiest moments together, we’ve been there for each other through the hard times, and for a lot of you, we’ve experienced every moment in between too. 💛 

The last five years at BODI are filled with the best of memories. I am so thankful for this community and every happy moment! You have all left such a beautiful stamp on my heart!! 🫶🏼 

Cheers to YOU! Thank you forever and always BODI family. I love y’all SO much!! 💚
