All training sessions combine the disciplines of Resistance Training, cardiovascular/Aerobic Exercise, and Functional Exercise into a high energy, fun and time-efficient workout. Exercise changed his life forever at a young age, this is why he loves sharing his passion with others to help inspire and motivate them to make health changes that last a lifetime. Kevin graduated from the University of
Wisconsin Oshkosh with a degree in Exercise Science. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is the owner of Pure Motion Fitness, which specializes in 1-on-1 training and functional nutrition. In his spare time he enjoys sports, gardening, listening to podcasts and is a father of a 5 year old boy that keeps him on his toes.
