A lot has changed for me over the last few years.
I'm now in my 40s, running multiple businesses, managing a gym, creating content, traveling, and most importantly, raising a young son.
The reality is I don't have the same amount of time, energy, or recovery capacity that I had when I was 25 years old.
Honestly, neither do most of the guys I work with.
They're busy dads, business owners, executives, and professionals who are trying to balance careers, families, health, and everything else life throws at them.
Yet many of them are still trying to follow fitness advice designed for college kids with unlimited free time.
That's a losing battle.
The older I get, the more I realize that being fit isn't about spending more hours in the gym.
It's about maximizing the hours you do have.
It's about building a body that allows you to fully participate in your life.
For me, that means having the energy to get on the floor and play with my son. It means being able to pick him up, chase him around the house, take him to the park, and keep up with him as he gets older.
I don't care about being the biggest guy in the room.
I care about being the most capable version of myself.
I want to look good.
I want to feel good.
I want healthy blood work.
I want to move well.
I want to be strong enough to do whatever life asks of me.
And I want to be around for a long time for my wife and son.
That mindset is exactly why I created Old Man Shredded.
This program is built specifically for men over 35 who want to get leaner, stronger, and more athletic without beating themselves into the ground.
The goal is not just fat loss.
The goal is building a body that performs.
A body that can recover, moves well and still feels young.
Inside the program we focus on the four things that matter most as we age:
Building lean muscle because muscle is one of the greatest predictors of long-term health and longevity.
Improving mobility because strength without movement eventually becomes a problem.
Creating sustainable habits because the best program is the one you can actually stick with.
I often tell our members that the goal is not to be the strongest guy at the gym.
The goal is to be the guy who still feels great at 50, 60, and 70.
The guy who can hike, travel, play sports, carry luggage, play with his kids and eventually his grandkids without constantly hurting.
The guy who doesn't need a week to recover from a workout.
The guy who still feels confident taking his shirt off at the pool.
The guy who has enough energy left at the end of the day for the people who matter most.
That's what Old Man Shredded is about.
If you're tired of feeling stuck, frustrated by the extra weight around your midsection, or wondering where the athletic version of yourself went, this program was built for you.
You don't need extreme.
You need a plan designed for the life you're actually living.

Where Muscle Gains Meet Getting Absolutely Shredded You’re not here to “tone.” You’re not here for average. And you’re definitely not here to be the guy who used to be in shape. You’re here because you want to get ripped, strong, athletic, and confident again — even if you’re 40, 50,...
