Off-season preparation is where athletes build the foundation for success, and Pilates has become an important part of that process for many high-level competitors! šŸˆ

We’re grateful to be part of the training process for Arizona Cardinals players Bryson Green and Bam Knight as they continue their preparation for the season ahead. Through Reformer and Chair work, we focused on building strength, mobility, stability, and body awareness—with an emphasis on core strength for Bryson and ankle strength and mobility for Bam.

Pilates offers a unique approach to training by strengthening the body through controlled, intentional movement. It challenges coordination, improves joint mobility, develops deep stabilizing muscles, and helps create better movement patterns from head to toe. Even elite athletes quickly discover new ways to connect to and challenge their bodies.

We’re honored to support these athletes as they put in the work behind the scenes and prepare for the demands of the season ahead!
