When most people think of pilates, they think of the reformer — but that’s only one piece of the full system Joseph Pilates created.
Our tower (aka wall unit) classes are some of our most loved sessions. They’re challenging, dynamic, and genuinely fun. The springs provide constant feedback, the class flows quickly, and clients get to move their bodies in multiple planes, all within a consistent, intentional sequence that allows for progression and mastery.
The tower uses the wall and springs to both support and challenge the body, allowing work standing, seated, and supine with incredible precision.
Clients love how athletic yet accessible these classes feel — you’re working hard, improving how your body moves, and doing it in a high energy and motivating setting.
