To better match our summer attendance patterns, we’re making a temporary adjustment to our morning schedule.

Starting NEXT WEEK our Tuesday & Thursday morning classes will be consolidated into one 9:00 AM class.

❌ 8:30 AM class removed
❌ 9:30 AM class removed
✅ 9:00 AM class only

All other class times remain the same.

Thank you to everyone who showed up for our Memorial Day MURPH workout and pushed yourselves physically and mentally. Your effort, grit, and community spirit made this workout incredibly meaningful.
