The CrossFit Level 1 is coming to One Life.

Most people experience CrossFit one class at a time. The Level 1 gives you the chance to understand the full methodology behind those classes.

On October 31 and November 1, CrossFit Seminar Staff will be at One Life for two hands-on days covering the CrossFit methodology, foundational movements, programming, scaling, and nutrition principles.

We believe CrossFit is the world's best training methodology. If you care about your health and want to better understand how effective training works, this course is for you. You do not need to be an elite athlete, and you do not need to have any interest in becoming a coach.

This is an opportunity to invest in your health and gain knowledge that can change the way you approach training for years to come.

Want the course details and registration link? Comment L1 below, send us L1 in a message, or register here:

That’s a wrap on the 2026 One Life Summer Youth Program!

Over the last three weeks, your children and teens blew me away with their enthusiasm to learn, hardworking attitudes, and teamwork. Every week, not only did their confidence and skills increase, but also their connections with others in the class. As a parent and coach, it was awesome to see the older athletes encouraging the younger kiddos. To be a well-rounded athlete, it isn’t just about skill or strength; it’s knowing how to work as a team, being a respectful teammate, and showing up every day ready to learn.

Over the last three weeks, your kids were taught the fundamentals of front squats, thrusters, deadlifts, hang power cleans, push presses, wall walks, box jumps, pushups, and more. We played games, built endurance, and most importantly, discovered how fun fitness can be.

Thank you again for being part of the One Life community. We hope to see your athletes back in the gym soon!

If you would like to order a shirt for $30 Reply “FTBF” to order.

I already have an order on the way and delivery will be first come first serve at One Life’s event “Marathon Row” this Sunday July 5th at 1pm at my house. (DM for more details)

Why this shirt?
I’m feeling a little extra patriotic this year. It’s been 250 years since the birth of this country and it’s amazing to reflect on the advancements and luxury that this system has enabled. The American spirit to pursue whatever you want and the system that affords the ability is such a blessing that I am so grateful for.

I recognize that it’s because of this blessing I have the luxury to be fit and to train others to do the same. I also see that being fit makes one more free; free to perform well, free to help others, free from disease, free from fatigue. We are free to be fit and fit to be free.

I designed this shirt to represent that spirit and to remind me that our freedom came at a cost. I believe implementing the guidance from CrossFit’s “Fitness in 100 words” produces fitness and honors our freedom while making us more free.
