Try these options instead

1. Pumpkin Spice Latte – 90 Calories *with no whip
Ask for:
Tall Blonde Americano in a Grande Cup
1 pump of pumpkin sauce
3 pumps of sugar free vanilla
Steamed almond milk
Extra pumpkin spice topping

2. Pumpkin Cold Foam Cold Brew – 75 Calories

Estrogen Dominance

Such a complex topic and very important to understand when it comes to coaching females. Estrogen dominance can be a females estrogen levels clinically high or the progesterone:estrogen ratio is off. This leads to many issues:
-Irregular menstrual cycle
-Weight gain (mainly in hips, thighs, midsection
-Depression/anxiety/Irritability
-Many more

After our first child, we gave her body 6 months to get back to her normal pre pregnancy hormone level and then evaluated what was going on. After this, we found her body was very low on progesterone, and fixed that issue while focusing on gut health. With not many changes to diet and reducing exercise to increase rest we were able to remove lots of weight from midsection,thighs, and hips.

Eat More, Move More, Lose More?

Yes! A lot of people that ask me for advice are eating far too low of calories, doing tons of cardio and making no progress.
If you want to boost your metabolism you have to eat more, move more and gain lean muscle mass.

I like to focus on individuals NEAT. How much energy are you expending during the day and simple ways to increase this. Here are my tips:

-Take a 10-15 minute walk after each meal, this will improve digestion, and stabilize blood sugar levels
-If you work an office job, instead of sitting for long period of times just simply stand! If you cant do this, for every 50 minutes you're sitting, take a 10 minute walk.
-Get outdoors! Go for walks, play with your kids!
-I enjoy doing household chores first thing in the morning before breakfast...you'd be surprised how this adds up!

There is a lot more to this, but thats a quick overview!

How do you know you’re training hard enough?

I see too many people doing the typical 3-4 sets of 12-15 reps of the same weight every week making no progress.

If a program has work sets of 12-15 reps, at that rep range you should be failing without compromising ex*****on.

My challenge to you is for the next week, after your warm up sets, do one work set on each exercise. An all out set and truly hit failure with proper rep tempo.
