❌Incorrect: hips dropping, ribs flaring, circles all over the place
âś…Correct: core locked in, slow controlled circles, pelvis steady

The goal isn’t to increase the size of the circles, but to improve their quality. Control and precision are what make the movement most effective!

Focus on keeping the tension in the core. “Think ribs down, tailbone tucked”. Keep the shoulders, ribs, hips moving as one unit ✅
