It’s been a while since I’ve properly introduced myself, and I’m seeing so many new faces here 👋
If we haven’t met yet, I’m Paige the trainer and owner behind Get Fiit. As we head into the new year, I’m opening up 2 in-person spots for personal training, and I wanted to share a little more about who I am and how I coach.

I became a trainer after experiencing firsthand how powerful strength training can be when it’s done the right way. I also saw how many people felt disconnected from their bodies, intimidated by fitness, or stuck in the cycle of starting over especially when pain or past injuries were involved.

My goal has always been simple: help people feel strong, stable, confident, and capable in their everyday lives.

My coaching style is very intentional. Every session is built around:
• functional strength with mobility and stability woven in
• corrective exercise to help your body move better before we load it
• education, support, and realistic expectations
• long-term health not quick fixes or burnout

I love working with women (and men) who are new to strength training or getting back into it, especially if you:
• want accountability and guidance
• are looking to build muscle & lose body fat
• deal with aches, tightness, or movement limitations
• want a plan that fits your life instead of taking it over

If you’ve ever thought, “I want to get stronger, and move better in my day to day life” that’s exactly where we begin. We meet your body where it is, focus on stability and movement quality, and build strength in a way that actually lasts.

💚 Get Fiit & Give Back: Supporting Mark & His Fight Against Cancer 💚
We’re honored to help support a very special fundraiser organized by Sarah Winston, Mark’s daughter, as their family navigates another chapter in his cancer battle.

To help lift some of the financial burden, with the help of Sarah, we have organized a Get Fiit T-shirt & sweatshirt fundraiser, with 100% of proceeds going directly toward Mark’s upcoming cancer treatments. We’ve also included the GoFundMe link below for anyone who would like to donate directly.

Here is Sarah’s message:
“As many of you know, my dad has been battling cancer. He was first diagnosed with Follicular Lymphoma in 2020. He courageously began his fight and kept the Lymphoma at bay. But in 2024 he began another battle against cancer, as he was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer last year. The chemo treatments took a toll on his body. Those treatments were followed by surgery and a strong fight to gain back his strength.
But yet again, we were devastated to recently learn that the cancer remains. He is set to begin radiation and chemo treatment once again within the next month.
My dad is my best friend, and one of the strongest people I know. Although he will continue to try and work despite needing his rest, I want to do everything in my power to ease the burden of the medical bills that will continue to pile up. He has never backed down from any challenge and I want him to know he has the support of the world behind him.
If you can, please donate. No amount is too small. If you are unable to donate at this time, I just ask that you lift him up in prayer. Together, we can give him the gift of more tomorrows with the people he loves most.

💚 FIIT TIP FRIDAY: Food Freedom Starts With Fueling Well
The holidays don’t have to feel like a tug-of-war between enjoying your favorite foods and staying on track. One of the best tools you can use this season?

Prioritize your protein.
Not to “earn” food.
Not to “make up” for treats.
But to fuel your body, balance your energy, and support your goals without restriction.

Here’s why protein helps you stay consistent and practice food freedom:
💚 Keeps you full longer → steadier energy and fewer “all or nothing” swings.
💚 Supports muscle + recovery → especially important during busy, high-stress weeks.
💚 Balances holiday meals → you can enjoy your favorite foods and still feel good afterward.
💚 Reduces cravings → when you’re nourished, you’re in control — not your hunger.

A simple holiday goal:
➡️ Aim for 20–30g of protein each meal
