I just want to thank all my pool ladies for the great birthday surprise, I’m very greatful and love you all! You all are more than participants of the Aqua fitness classes, you all are like family to me.
We workout, we laugh and some of us even cry. I spend more time with you than anyone else.

Our hottest fitness class is making a splash with TWO class times now — 4:30 PM & 5:30 PM Aqua Zumba!

This class is all about moving, laughing, dancing, and having FUN while getting an amazing workout without the stress on your joints. We welcome ALL ages and fitness levels… and yes, even if you have two left feet! 😉
