This summer, we’re offering a Girls High School Strength & Conditioning Program designed to help athletes become stronger, faster, more confident, and more resilient before their season starts.
Offseason training is where real progress happens:
✔️ Build strength & power
✔️ Improve speed, agility, and endurance
✔️ Reduce risk of injury
✔️ Increase confidence on and off the field/court
✔️ Gain a competitive edge before the season even begins
Whether you play volleyball, swimming, golf, basketball, softball, soccer, track, or any other sport — this program will help prepare you for your BEST season yet.
At the gym, we focus on proper movement mechanics, strength development, conditioning, and creating hardworking athletes who are ready to compete.
Summer is not the time to fall behind. It’s the time to get better!
All incoming freshman and high school girls!

Monday 9:30am
Tuesday 9:30am
Thursday 9:30am
Cost is $120/every 4 weeks
