A fresh fishing report from the Minefield below Bear Creek Rapid in Bighorn Sheep Canyon on the Arkansas River. Flows are below 400 with a slight olive tint and good cloud cover. This is likely the peak of runoff for this season and the fishing is spectacular! We are seeing pale morning duns, yellow sallies, golden stoneflies and more. Flows are low but still excellent for both wade and float fishing. Now is the time to hit the river!
