HEY BOWLERS!!! Winter leagues will be starting soon. Did you know, you can go ahead and certify with USBC, BEFORE your league begins. Go to https://apps1.bowl.com/Join, and sign up now. Then on your first night of league, your cerification fee is already paid, and all you have to do is fill out the card and indicate that you paid on line. USBC will send the Association Manager a list of who has paid on line. Why do I have to fill out the card? you ask. The card is the only way the Association Manager knows what league to attach you to in the software. This is why a card must be filled out on every league you bowl. **Chaffee County Life Members - you will still need to pay on your first night, USBC is working on getting their software updated so that next year, hopefully, you will be able to pay on line.

MEET YOUR OFFICERS & BOARD OF DIRECTORS: Vice President Bobbi Eisenhand. Bobbi has held several offices on the board: Director, Vice President and she was a director in Denver for 20 years, and was also a certified lane inspector. She has represented our Association, as a delegate, at several State meetings for Colorado State USBC as well as being a delegate to several USBC National Meetings. Bobbi bowls on Sunday Night Mixed and Tuesday Night Shavano League. Bobbi is married and has 2 daughters and 1 grandson, with another grand due early 2027. In her downtime, she likes to do counted cross stitch, home canning and sewing. Her favorite thing about bowling the social aspect of leagues. Reason he certifies with USBC: "Because I appreciate the rules and format."

Colorado had a great showing in Green Bay, WI for the Senior National Tournament. This is a picture of the Colorado winners. Some of you will recognize Janet Steiner and Roy Van Esselstine from our association. Janet took 1st in her division and Roy took 3rd in his. Congratulations to all the Colorado winners.

MEET YOUR OFFICERS & BOARD OF DIRECTORS: President Troy Morgan. Troy has held several offices on the board: Director, Vice President and currently President. He has also represented our Association at several State meetings for Colorodo State USBC. Troy bowls on Sunday Night MIxed and Monday Rainbow League. He is married and has 3 children. Besides bowling he and his family like to travel. His favorite thing about bowling is being able to meet new people and celebrating their accomplishments. Reason he certifies with USBC: "I want to be able to bowl in tournaments and compete against the best bowlers in the world."
