From your average workout enthusiasts, weekend warriors, high school and collegiate athletes, weightlifting competitors, to Olympic hopefuls, we offer the space for people to become the champions of their lives. The Power House is all about discovering and displaying POWER. Not in some outdated conception of the word, but in an authentic, humble, "own it" kind of way. We see power as the ability to channel your energy and influence events positively, being comfortable with the uncomfortable, going hard and fast, and waking up the next day prepared to take one step farther. Whether its mastering your pull-up, being a better parent or student, setting a new clean-and-jerk PR, shaving seconds off your race time, or meeting new friends who share a passion for righteous living (ie: working out a lot, lifting heavy objects, eating paleo, kissing babies, and generally crushing your goals), you'll be in great company (and even better shape).
