Superstar gymnastics is a mobile enrichment program offering gymnastics classes in Childcare facilities all across the Twin Cities Metro.
You can choose which days you work (Monday - Friday) and which locations you hold classes. Your schedule will be set depending upon the availability of the childcare center and will be the same every week.
We pay commission only at $4.50 per student per week, going up to $5.00 per student after 6 months of employment. You can easily average 120 students a week working 5 mornings.
General hours: We operate around the childcare center schedules
-Mornings: 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM
-Afternoons: 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM
Job Description:
-Transport equipment to the childcare center. All equipment is provided by Superstar Gymnastics.
-Set up the circuit in the childcare center and hold classes for all enrolled students, abiding by student/teacher ratios.
-Pack up equipment and leave the provided area as it was found.
-Email enrolled families the weekly theme and answer general questions about classes/students.
Superstar Gymnastics will handle all customer service, technical support, and general program inquiries.
We provide paid training. No prior gymnastics experience is required.
Coach Requirements:
-Vehicle capable of transporting large equipment. Sedans can work, though larger vehicles are preferred for some of our larger equipment.
-A love of working with children. You must have patience, be able to adapt, and be able to engage children on their level.
-Must have physical endurance. Spotting various exercises can be physically demanding.
