Great night Saturday from two of our boxers who competed in Turner’s Fight Night!

Micah dropped a split decision to a top-10 ranked boxer who he has competed against several times. We thought he did enough to win it but he certainly got a lot better tonight.

Kenet scored a unanimous decision in his very first bout. Kenet has been coming to the gym the past year and it was great to finally get him in the ring!

Good job this week Anthony competing in the National Golden Gloves. He dropped a decision in the second round to the Florida state champion. No worries, keep working hard and you will achieve your goals!

Only seven people from here have made it to the National Golden Gloves, and Ant was the first one since 2019. He moved to St. Joe three years ago and immediately made JBB his home 🥊🥊

Congrats to all of the other boxers and coaches on this year’s KCGG team as well!

Final day for our Maur Hill-Mount Academy students as they are heading home for the summer. Some of the day students will continue to come up this summer, but as for the ones heading home for break, it was awesome getting to work with all of you this school year. We’ll see you in August 🥊🥊

Thank you Juan Pablo, Jose Carlos, Dimitri, Mia, Bryce, George, Jace, Decker, Ricardo, and all of the others who have made it up to learn the sport!
