Autumn schedule and NEW CLASSES! Starting in September, we'll be adding a Thursday class and additional Saturdays. There will be Saturday classes the first 3 weekends of each month with the 4th reserved for the JOY Community Market.

Yoga is about being flexible in more ways than one, so Vickey and Emily are swapping Mondays and Thursdays for a couple months (see the September calendar for instructor notes.) Emily may have to adjust the time of the Thursday class on some weeks, so please keep an eye out for any changes.

A huge and heartfelt thank you to everyone who filled the space for our Sacred Sound event last night and all the classes this week! We truly appreciate your presence and support. As we move on from our 25 year celebration, please feel welcome to any of our regular class offerings and be on the lookout for more additions to our schedule coming soon!!!

Thank you deeply for all those who attended Saturdays class and Intro to Meditation workshop! We are so grateful for each person new and experienced who came and participated!

Sacred Sound tonight! Please join us for our 25th anniversary special event! Free event!!
5:00-5:40 Yoga! This is an optional class by Emily to loosen and prepare the body for sitting and lying down.
6:00-7:00 Sacred Sound! We will begin with Matt on his harmonium singing and also leading yoga chanting in sanskrit. Don’t be bashful to sing along-you’ll feel lighter and cleansed!

Then Emily will provide a sound bath which uses the vibrations from the singing bowls to bring the mind into a deeper state of relaxation. Here our bodies can rest, restore and regulate to promote healing. Come hear new extra large bowls and the ocean drum!

Catering by Bell’s Bakehouse and Peyton’s Sweet Creations hibiscus tea will be served!

Thank you to all who were able to attend today’s class!
Don’t miss Matt’s free Wednesdays Meditation and Restorative yoga class! Meditation is 6pm-6:20pm and Restorative is 6:30-7:45. This is the class you will start to crave. It deeply relaxes and restores your body and mind!
