We are elated that The Noyes Home for Children got to participate in our Junior Explorers program!

If you aren’t familiar with The Noyes Home, they do incredible work helping displaced children and teens within our local community, all while having an amazing mission and vision!

Congrats to all of these kids for completing the challenge; a job well done! ⛰️🔥🙌🏻

Calling all birders! The Midland Empire Audubon Society is leading a birding excursion this Saturday, November 22, at Loess Bluffs National Wildlife Refuge, beginning at the refuge's visitor center parking lot at 9:00am. We recommend dressing in layers, wearing comfortable shoes, and bringing your own snacks and water. Bonus points if you have any field guides and binoculars! The outing will be a minimum of 2 hours.

Are you planning a trip to the bluffs this weekend? On Saturday, November 1, River Bluff Trails mini Fest will be popping up at our Huntoon parking lot. Due to the 5K/10K trail running race at 8:00AM and XC race at 10:00AM, some trail access will be limited that morning. Explore the gorgeous fall foliage with one of St. Joseph's best, Ann Marie, on Saturday, at 9 AM starting at River Bluff Trails Park Huntoon parking lot. Whether you've been to River Bluff Trails Park 100 times or this will be your first time, you're invited! This hike is appropriate for all ages, provided you are comfortable walking a little over a mile. There will even be nature bingo for the kids!
