We’re so excited to welcome our longtime friend and teacher Ammie Moralez to the studio for a special weekend of practice!

Ammie has been part of our extended yoga community for more than 15 years, and this is a rare chance to get on the mat with her while she’s in St. Augustine. She’ll be sharing a little bit of everything with us from Hot Vinyasa and 26&2 to All Levels Vinyasa and Yin.

✨ More Yin with Marina ✨

Good news, Yin lovers 🤍 Marina is taking over our Wednesday night Yin class at 6:30pm, giving our community two opportunities each week to practice Yin with her.

Marina has been guiding Yin Yoga for several years and holds a 60-hour Myofascial Yin certification. Her classes take a functional approach to Yin, focusing on targeted areas of the body while honoring that every person’s anatomy is unique. Rather than chasing a particular shape, students are encouraged to find the variation that best supports their body and practice.

Marina’s approach to Yin is rooted in the belief that yoga should work for the body you’re in, not the body you think you’re supposed to have. Inspired by the functional teachings of Yin Yoga and the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, her classes focus on the intended effects of a pose rather than how it looks. Through thoughtful themes, long-held postures, and opportunities to slow down and listen inward, students are invited to cultivate greater mobility, awareness, and connection both on and off the mat.

Whether you’re new to Yin or a longtime lover of the practice, we hope you’ll join Marina on Mondays & Wednesdays at 6:30pm 🤍

☀️ Join us for a special Summer Solstice practice as we celebrate International Yoga Day with 108 Sun Salutations led by Mike Oliveira and Lisa Masters.

This devotional practice is an opportunity to move, breathe, and come together in community as we honor the light within and around us. ✨

Held on the longest day of the year and during Father’s Day weekend, this is a beautiful way to start your Saturday morning with intention.

🖤 Metal Mania May 🖤

Join us Friday, May 8th at 8pm for a 60-minute 26&2 music class led by Nina, set to a metal playlist that hits a little different.

This class is in honor of Mental Health Month, with a focus on moving through it, feeling it, and letting the practice do what it does best.
