Kimberly has been a devoted student of yoga and movement for over 25 years. Her journey began on the mat as a way to connect mind and body β and over the years, it has grown into a lifelong passion for strength, mindfulness, and self-discovery.
After decades of practicing and exploring various styles, Kimberly completed her 200-hour training in Vinyasa, Yin, and Pilates, bringing together balance, energy, and intentional movement in every class she leads. Her high-energy teaching style blends the fluidity of yoga with the mindful burn of Pilates, creating an experience that challenges the body while nurturing the soul.
Kimberlyβs classes invite students to push their limits with grace, find strength through breath, and leave feeling empowered, grounded, and deeply connected. She believes that every moment on the mat is a chance to rediscover yourself β one breath, one movement, one intention at a time.
