Hey just wanted to give an update. September is a busy month so we are going to restart Bootcamp October 3rd!!

Thanks to the ladies that showed up almost every Saturday since March!! We appreciate y'all!! Get some rest and we'll be back at it soon 💪🏼💖💖

Come be in the presence of Jesus while we commit to dedicating one hour a week to our physical fitness. We invite Jesus to be with us in our workouts. The healthier we are the more we can serve others and Jesus.

If you can't do the workouts, we do, just walk some laps and give your all to Jesus. Showing up is just as important.
