The Lincoln Parish Sheriff’s Office, in partnership with Triad Martial Arts Academy, is hosting a Women’s Self-Defense Class on Saturday, Aug 16, 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Lincoln Parish Safety Complex.

We will be offering a “SWEAT SESS” on Monday & Wednesdays at 6:00 am! 🥵

❓ What will this class entail? ❓

• The goal of this class is to make you SWEAT, keeping things high intense with minimum equipment. 💦

• The whole workout will be coach lead, and can be modified to fit your needs! 👍

• 30 - 40 minute class, COED 🕰️

• FREE for FF members, $10 drop ins if non FF member. 💵

• We will be trying this out for the month of May! If all goes well, we will keep the class. 🤞

• Come SWEAT with us! Beginning May 5! ‼️

We love celebrating our members!! Mrs. Candy started working out with us this year, and she is making such great, healthy improvements! We celebrated her birthday, Monday with 65 birthday burpees! I’d bet she never imagined she would be doing 65 burpees on her 65th birthday, but she did it!!
