Most women don’t realize that we start losing muscle as early as our 30s.

That’s why strength training becomes even more important as we age.

Every squat, every push, and every pull is an investment in your future self.

Exercises like the one in this photo help build the strength, stability, and endurance that allow us to keep doing the things we love for years to come.

The goal is simple: build the strength you need to live life well—not just today but for years to come.

To carry the groceries.

5 days!!!!

That’s all that’s left until we kick off our next round of Stronger in Six.🏋️‍♀️💪👏🏻🎉

One of the things I love most about this program is that every woman in the room can be doing something different, yet everyone is working toward the same goal.

In this photo, one woman is working on lower-body strength, another is building upper-body strength and another is focusing on stability and balance. Different exercises. Different starting points. Same purpose.

That’s what Stronger in Six is all about.

You don’t have to be in shape before you start. You don’t have to know what you’re doing. You most certainly don’t have to keep up with anyone else.

We meet you where you are and help you build from there.

Little by little, workout by workout, strength grows. Confidence grows. Energy grows.

When women first walk into Stronger in Six, most aren’t thinking, “I want to do a BOSU side to side jump squat with TRX straps.”

They’re thinking:

💪 I want to feel stronger
⚡ I want more energy
❤️ I want to be healthier
😊 I want to feel more confident

Then six weeks later, they’re doing things that were probably not on their bingo card for 2026.🤣

That’s the cool thing about strength training.

You don’t have to start out strong. You just have to start. With Stronger in Six, we will meet you where you’re at and build from there.

Just know - little by little, workout by workout, your strength, confidence, balance, and endurance begin to grow.

Six days from now, we kick off another round and I can’t wait to see what this next group is capable of.

One week from today, we start another round of Stronger in Six. 💪🏋️‍♀️🎉

This program isn’t about being perfect or keeping up with anyone else. It’s about showing up, getting stronger, building confidence and being surrounded by women who encourage each other every step of the way.

Women of all fitness levels and ages coming together twice a week, supporting one another and proving that small, consistent steps add up. We celebrate wins, build each other up and focus on becoming a little stronger each week.

Our next 6-week session begins Tuesday, June 9.

It’s almost time for a new round of Stronger in Six!🏋️‍♀️

If you’ve been thinking about getting back into a fitness routine, this is your sign.

Stronger in Six is a 6-week women’s strength program designed for all fitness levels. Our main focus is strength training, with cardio and core work layered in along the way.

You’ll also get:
✔ A simple, realistic meal guide
✔ A private accountability group
✔ Support with your protein, fiber, and water goals
✔ A supportive environment where women truly show up for each other

We meet Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:30 PM, and our next round kicks off Tuesday, June 9th.

Six weeks from now, you’ll be glad you started.

This is Sarah❤️

She just joined Stronger in Six and decided to give the program a chance.

Weighted slam ball —
squat to pick it up,
drive it overhead,
slam it down…
straight into a burpee.

Not easy. Nope!
But she did it — and so did every woman in that room, each one working at her own level and making it work for her.💪🏼

That’s how this works.

Last night was so good 💛

New faces, great energy, and a room full of women who decided to do something for themselves.

And this right here…
this is how it ended.

Smiles.
Laughter.
Feeling so glad they showed up.

Want to know the best part? After class was over, they hung around chatting getting to know one another.❤️

Eeekkkk! Today’s the day!💗🏋🏻‍♂️💦

Tonight, that room fills with women who made a decision.

Not because everything lined up.
Not because they felt ready.

But because they were done waiting for everything to be perfect.

Done putting themselves on the back burner.
Done saying “I’ll start later.”

They’re walking in anyway.

And by the end of that first workout…
they’ll be so glad they did.

You can still be in that room with us. Really you can!😃
