We are feelin' all the 💞💞from these two beautiful REFIT® INSTRUCTORS.

Meet Joanna (R-in blue) & Leanne (yellow). They seriously drove 2 hours from Salem to come to our Luah night! To say this absolutely blessed our hearts AND our tribe is an understatement. We had so much fun with them, and are so grateful they took the stage to lead us in a couple of songs.

At REFIT, there is no judgment, no pressure to be perfect, and no requirement to "keep up." Just a community that will cheer you on, exactly where you are.

We're so excited to announce our upcoming women's bible study on the book of ACTS. It's the beautiful story of believers being filled with the Holy Spirit and the spread of the message of Jesus throughout the world.

Beginning September 15th we invite you to join us immediately following REV+FLOW at 6:30. We will go chapter-by-chapter and verse-by-verse through the first part of the book of Acts.

Whether you're able to join us for REV+FLOW at 5:30 or not, we welcome you to come to this bible study. We take a deep dive into the scriptures and witness His word come more & more alive in our hearts and understanding. The class is FREE but our learning is PRICELESS!!

Our hearts are overflowing! ❤ We had such a wonderful Luah party last night, filled with joy, fun & celebration!!!🎊

We are beyond grateful for every one of you who came and made the evening so special. Your smiles, laughter, energy, and beautiful spirits made it a night to remember!💞 You all looked gorgeous in your outfits and sure brought the Aloha spirit!!! You are all such a gift!!!

Ya'll, all the HYPE and EXCITEMENT are FOR REAL!! Our end of summer Luau's are always so much fun!!!!!

The ENERGY in the room raises the roof! All the fun outfits, grabbing PHOTO'S with one another in our picture booth, MOVIN' & GROOVIN' together to such a fun playlist, and then enjoying a delicious MEAL together after class..... IT'S TRULY JUST THE BEST!!!
