to take action and find a better way. Our mission is to change the way we view and treat these life-altering conditions. It shouldn't be the norm for loved ones to be torn apart and isolated from their families and friends. Forget Me Not Village is here to offer a different approach. We are proud to be the first facility of its kind in the U.S., located in beautiful Roseburg, Oregon. What sets us apart is our commitment to innovative treatment approaches and programs.
