Monday (19th) 9am to 2pm

Appointments can be made by texting 541-900-0425 with a day and time that work for both parties.

Items are first come first served (FCFS) unless paid for in advance.

Payment can be made via cash, check with picture of photo ID, Venmo, Zelle, or Apple Pay.

Hello Athletes and Followers,

We wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. With the end of 2025 upon us, we wanted to thank everyone for their commitment to health, fitness, and FSC CrossFit.

At this time, we are announcing the closure of FSC CrossFit.

For those of you who have been here from our humble beginnings in November of 2013 to our official opening on February 12th, 2014, it’s been a great run of almost 12 years of CrossFit.

FSC CrossFit’s last class will be this Friday, December 19th, 2025. If you know of any one or a group of individuals that may be interested in purchasing FSC CrossFit, please have them reach out.

Without a buyer at this current time, FSC is looking to sell its equipment as individual pieces or as a single sale. We will begin to sell individual equipment and inventory tentatively beginning on Saturday, December 20th, 2025.

Thank you everyone for making the past 12+ years of CrossFit an amazing experience and for providing awesome memories over the years for both our family and hopefully for yours as well.

We wish you all the best in your health and fitness journeys and thank you again for being a part of our family, our community, and our lives.

We focus on teaching you how to train, pushing you only when you’re ready. We don't put the cart before the horse -- we start at the beginning, building a foundation.

At the same time, we ask you to give us your best effort each day, whatever that means for you.

Effort and intensity are relative to each individual. Our coaching team is here to help you push the intensity in your workouts, because intensity drives results.

However, intensity with poor movement not only impedes results, it can actually cause injury.

While our coaches are there to help you move better and strive for perfection in your movement, it's also your responsibility to move as best you can with the endgame in mind: to live a strong, healthy life.

So come to the gym and bring it! But bring it with your best technique, and strive for greatness.
