Three years ago, Dohn completely tore his quadricep VMO off the bone.

Simple things most people take for granted became daily challenges. Walking was difficult because he couldn’t properly extend his knee. Stairs went from hard… to nearly impossible.

Almost one year ago, Dohn started training with Geoff. From day one, he showed up with consistency, determination, and a willingness to put in the work.

Dohn is now able to walk up and down stairs unassisted.
