Our July Skills Academies start soon!
Monday: June 29th, July 6, and 13th.
🏐 Setters: decision making, location, tempo
🏐 Hitters: arm swing, approach, shot selection
🏐 Setter/Hitter Connection: game-speed timing and communication
Thursday: July 2nd, July 9th, and July 16th.
🏐 Defense: reading hitters, platform control, digging technique

Building skill is more about the time put in rather than talent.

Our June Skills Academies start Monday and focus on position-specific training:
