👟 Le Tour de Common is the Rindge Rec's annual 5K. All proceeds go towards supporting Rindge Recreation's community events and programs- from Breakfast with Santa to Wellington Summer Camp. We welcome all runners and walkers; for our littlest runners, we have a free 'Fun Run', chasing a cruiser around the Common! Light refreshments are also provided.

We hope to see you on the Rindge Town Common, Saturday August 1st! You can find a race route in the comments of this post and in our 'Le Tour de Common' 5K Facebook event.

Register by July 4th for a guaranteed race tee!

🎇 Get ready for family fun, local vendors, and fireworks- all in celebration of America's 250th! This event is on Friday, June 26th and will take place on the Rindge Town Common. We hope to see you there!

🔖 Tomorrow is the Town Wide Yard Sale! Stop by the Advent Lutheran Church (137 US Route 202) to get a map.

Many of our Rindge neighbors and community organizations are having sales. At the Rec Center specifically, the Rindge Woman's Club will have an indoor flea market and bake sale from ~8am-1pm. The RWC will also have a Plant Sale at the Advent Lutheran Church parking area.

🎓 The Rindge Woman's Club is offering two $2,500 Scholarships for Rindge women returning to school in pursuit of educational and/or career opportunities! These scholarship funds can be used in many ways to support your next big step, from tuition to travel to childcare costs.

🗓️ The application period is from June 1st to July 31st.

Only a couple of weeks until the submission deadline for 'Light Up The Town!'

🇺🇸 We are partnering with the Rindge Chamber of Commerce to hold a special contest in celebration of America's 250th: Light Up the Town! Decorate your house and/or yard as a patriotic tribute of red, white, and blue, and submit photo(s) via RecDesk by June 14th (Flag Day). The winner of Light Up the Town will be featured in the Chamber's Fall Newsletter.
